Vacancy: Construction Inspector of the municipality of Rezekne

The municipality of Rezekne is held by the municipality until 24 July. 16:30 awaiting applications for the position of the building inspector of the municipality of Rezekne.
Persons who have:
- second level vocational higher education in the field of architecture in the architectural study programme or at least the first level vocational higher education in the field of construction in the construction programme of a building engineer, in accordance with the requirements of Cabinet Regulation No. 499 of 19 August 2014, Regulations on Building Inspectors;
- shall have the right of independent practice in the field of architecture in the profession of architect or in the field of construction in the profession of a building engineer (hereinafter – the certificate of a building specialist), in accordance with the requirements of Cabinet Regulation No. 499 of 19 August 2014, Regulations on Building Inspectors;
- is an independent practice in the field of architecture or construction not less than five years after the receipt of the certificate of a construction specialist (that practice must have been acquired over the last 10 years), in accordance with the requirements of Cabinet Regulation No. 499 of 19 August 2014, Regulations on Building Inspectors;
- a good knowledge of regulatory enactments on construction issues;
- basic knowledge in the field of administrative law;
- excellent knowledge of the language of the country and of good English and Russian;
- the ability to take responsible decisions;
- good communication skills and analytical capabilities;
- a high sense of responsibility and precision;
- Good computer skills.
- skill to work with information technology and office technique.
- preferred work experience in local government or public work

Discussions with applicants, during which they will also be given practical tasks, are planned from 27 to 28 July.
The estimated amount of the remuneration of the building inspector shall be EUR 1007.
