In view of the state of emergency declared in the country for restricting the spread of Covid-19 virus, the National Agency for Employment (SEA) declares that, from 16 March to 14 April, contacts with customers and partners in all BRANCHES of THE SEA will be carried out remotely, as well as the abolition of the pre-announced measures involving the assembly of several people, including exits to the parish.
For unemployed persons and jobseekers who have been scheduled to visit THE NVA during the period from 16 March to 14 April, THE SEA branch will have to arrive in accordance with the timetable.
On the other hand, applications for the granting of unemployment or job seeker status will be accepted only on a non-spot basis.
We call ON SEA customers to use electronic services at THE NVA website (https://cvvp.nva.gov.lv/#/pub/) during emergency. Authenticate IN THE NVA CV and the vacancy portal can be both via the Internet Banking Authentication Feature by clicking on the relevant bank icon, both electronic signature and eSignature Mobile.

   Step 2
   Authorize using one of the portal latvija.lv authentication types.
   Step 3
   The application for granting the status of unemployed person or jobseeker must be completed and be uploaded as an annex. (Submission for granting of unemployment status or Submission for granting of the status of a jobseeker (found on THE NVA website);
   Step 4
   Specify which branch you want to cooperate with.
   Step 5
   A submission TO THE NVA must be sent.

It is recalled that a remote application for granting of unemployment or job seeker status can also be submitted in the State administration service portal www.latvija.lv With the e-service Submission to the Authority mediation (e-signature not required).
