A stiff octet “Oberton String Octet” from Austria will be visited in Latvia

On Saturday, January 25, Lūznavas in the red hall with a concert program with Shostakovič, Gliera and Pjacolla's sound, a stiff octet “Oberton String Octet” was hosted in Austria. The founder is the young and talented violinist Yevgenius Chepoveckis, who will also fill his dream with this concert – to bring him to Latvia.
The founder of an Austrian-based stiff octet is the violinist Yevgenius Chepoveckis, who was born in Riga in 1995. The first half-hour violinist had been at the age of four, but the basic musical education was both in Emile's gardens at the school of music at Daces Berthea and in Pavula Jurisna's music school. From 2008, the violinist studied in Vienna Conservatory and from 2010 also at the University of Graz's Art University, Professor Boris Kusnira. Jevgenius Chepoveckis is the winner of several Latvian national competitions (2004, 2008 and 2014) and international competitions, participated in many masters and has appeared as a solicitor and chamber musician in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Russia. The violinist won the first place in May last year and a prize for the best virtuous game Andrea Postacchini competition in Italy, in June at the important international Michael Hill violinist competition in New Zealand, the third place, the spectators' prize, and the right to play the legendary Nicolo posts in 1645 in 1645, which belonged to the famous French violinist of the 20 th century, and in October the first place and the main prize in the Oļega Chris international violinist competition in Ukraine. Chepovecsky also studied composition at Peter wax and won the first place in Latvia's new composer competition in 2006. In 2014, the violinist received an invitation to join the Graz Chamber Music Anamblim – “Carklin trio”, founded by Latvian pianist May Carklina, but also created his own ansambli – “Oberton String Octet” in 2015, with which he is currently active in concert.
Thinking about the expected concert at the end of January, the violinist says “Oberton String Octet” has been my dream for some time. I'm glad it's going to happen. I saw Lūznavas mud as a great place for music and concerts, but a more special pleasure to play in Latgale and Luznava will be because the roots of my family are found in the neighborhood, Rēzekne takes Maltā. ”
In Europe, the “Oberton String Octet”, which is widely regarded in Europe, is a combination of bright young musicians from Austria, Hungary, Russia, Ukraine, Italy, Slovenia and Latvia. By musicizing together, the octet is delighted with the opportunities and challenges of being one of the most unusual forms of chamber music in the world. The octet repertoire, using all eight-string instruments, contains both special arances and rarely played works, and also world-mated. Musicians share a common goal – to provide high-class concerts at both local and international level, while promoting the idea of creating music. One of the project's projects is “Homeland Melodies”, in which Arange, record and play popular and traditional world music music. Similarly, “Oberton String Octet” focuses on the musical education of young people, trying to visit the various educational institutions regularly to encourage young people to be interested in classical music.
On 25 January at 15.00 The first part of the forthcoming Oberton String Octet concert will sound Dmitry Schostakovich's predecessor and skerco, op. 11 and Reinhold Glier's stiff octet in ra Mažora, op. 5, but the second will be the tangent of the tango with Astor Pjacolla's five tangent octet, Oberton String Octet. Concert tickets from 8.00 to 12.00 euros, tickets to be bought in “ticket paradise” ticket trading network, as well AS on site Lūznavas in Manor. The events of the concert are supported by the municipality of Rezekne.
