Implementation of the project “Increasing the Energy Efficiency of the Rēznas Basic School Building”
2022. gada 29. jūnijā starp pašvaldību un Centrālo finanšu un līgumu aģentūru tika parakstīta vienošanās par projekta “Improving the energy efficiency of the Rēznas elementary school building” No 4.2.2.0/21/A/031 implementation.
Projekta īstenošanai tika atkārtoti izsludināts būvdarbu iepirkums “Rēzeknes novada pašvaldības ēku energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas būvdarbi” (Iepirkuma identifikācijas Nr. RNP 2022/19). Uz 22.02.2023. ir noslēdzies iepirkuma vērtēšanas process un marta sākumā plānota būvdarbu un būvuzraudzības līgumu slēgšana. Līdz ar to būvdarbu faktiskā veikšana plānota 2023.gada laikā.
The aim of the project is to reduce primary energy consumption by encouraging improvement of energy efficiency in the building of the Rēznas primary school in the school street 2, Stalerova, Stoļerovas parish, Rezekne municipality. The main project activities are the performance of building works (1 st external wall insulation, including window and door openings and cocollar outer walls, warming of pilasters, warming of foundations, as well as cleaning and auditing of ventilation shaft, and cleaning of ventilation outlets, thermal insulation of roof 2, automation of thermal node 3, 4 th kitchen transmission system replacement) and construction supervision. The results of the project are: reduction of primary energy consumption of 471 440.57 kWh per year and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions per year in 18,16 t CO2 equivalents. The planned heating energy consumption is 89.16 kWh/m2 per year.
The total cost of the project is 530 330.73 EURO, the eligible costs are 523 331.80 EURO, from which ERDF funding 411 084.22 EURO, State budget grant 22 031,28 EURO and municipal financing of EUR 90 216,30, and ineligible costs 6 998.93 EURO. The duration of the project is 18 months.
The project is co-financed BY REACT-EU financing for mitigating the effects of the pandemic crisis.
