The Rēzekne municipality will take a cycling event

On Saturday, 21 September, the Rēzekne municipality, Rēzekne municipality, will take place in the Red Hill “improves his heart!” organised by the sports club Magnen. The aim of the event is to talk about cycling, its positive impact on human health, involving healthy activities in Rezekne municipality.
The event will begin with a lecture on the impact of cycling on human health (Cycling as a training for improving general physical preparedness, cardiovascular system, joint sacrifice, assistant in fighting overweight), followed by practical part or cycling. The municipality of Rezekne takes part in the municipality of Rezekne with no age and physical preparedness.
The event will begin at 13:30 and will continue until 17:30 when the winners are awarded.
The people of Rezekne are invited to participate in the event without a restriction on age and physical preparedness.
