Prolongation of the emergency situation. Where is the related legislation available?

The Government decided to extend the emergency until 11 January. New amendments to the Order and Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers (CABINET) shall be available in additional releases of the official gazette Latvijas Vēstnesis 2 December No 233A and No 233B. On the other hand, the current versions of all the legislation relating to Covid-19 are available at: Bushlv.

The official publisher “Latvijas Vēstnesis” platform provides a number of topical possibilities - the thematic opening of laws, explanations and public institutions' statements.
In exceptional circumstances official publication Latvijas Vēstnesis (available vestnesis.lv) shall also be provided in operational additional tranches as required. The official publication of these documents “Latvijas Vēstnesis” shall be provided immediately upon receipt thereof from the applicants.
At likumi.lv the specialists shall systematise the law by providing the public with an updated version of them operatively. They are available in the thematic section “Covid-19”, which summarises all the legislation relating to the management of the spread of Covid-19 infection and the consequences of disaster management in their current versions (as amended).
