Notification of the submission OF THE EIA report of the Southern Rēzekne

Following Decision No 259 of the Environmental Monitoring Bureau (03.10.2016), the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of the Southern River Rēzekne is taking place.
The initiator of the intended activity is VAS “Latvian State Roads” (Gogol Street 3, Riga, LV-1050, tel.: 67028169, tail. No 40003344207). THE EIA is developed AS “Roadmap” (Muriana Street 7A, Riga, LV-1024) and SIA “Enviroproject” (small camp street 31, Riga, LV-1002).
Two main alternatives to the route are considered with possible modifications and additional alternatives as a result of public consultation. The length of the newly built road section, depending on the alternatives, is 10-15 km along the parish of Rēzekne Municipality Griškānu, crossing THE parish OF Ozolaines with Daugavpils highway.
IVN ziņojuma aktuālā redakcija š.g. 21. septembrī ir iesniegta Vides pārraudzības valsts birojā.
