Rēzekne rural women's association “Sidrabrasa”
The project “know and do”, the Rezekne municipality is approaching the end. It aims to help a woman identify herself and her place in society, the responsibility for her and her co-human health. Covid-19 time has led to discomfort. Isolation facilitated fear syndrome and no evidence of himself, so it was important to meet again and cooperate. Working together gave life pleasure, energy and willingness to start something new. At each meeting, we managed a targeted event, listening and discussing with the lecturers. Five nice meetings took place. The structure of the activities was the basis for a creative atmosphere where theoretical discussions with practical activities. The lecture, Maria Dubicka, encouraged the audience to think of the theme of “quality of life, its main cornerstones”, where we found a link between the values of life that we chose as important and how they affect our lives. Why is the well-being of different families so different? How interconnected is the sequence of day-to-day works and progress towards the target in life? In the second part of the lesson, a variety of rotas based on flowers were produced from pet bottles. Led by Iveta Useniece
Lector Zigrīda Raj said of the emotional equilibrium in the woman's life. A woman's important wisdom of life is not only to know herself and her own possibilities, at the same time to understand the other, the adjacent person, to see his talents, to support and focus on achievements in life. This requires both the knowledge of the facts proven by psychology and the desire and the ability to use this knowledge. Next, Inese Sondore taught her decorative bags, pillows and, due to the situation in the country, her face masks.
Everything in nature is meant for people and can get strength, health and energy. On the healing force of nature, our inner balance, the Baha flower therapy, and the Doctor E. Bahu, was told by Iveta Ieva Alexander. Then, along with the designer Welgu Krukovsk, the men's shirts are used together in three new articles. In conclusion, there was even a defilation of music.
We touched ancient Greek myths about the power and wisdom of goddess. We knew the roles we played in society, home. We talked about psychohygiene and our way of development. All that was said by Lector Zigrīd Raj. At the end of the lessons, the author told her what was happening, showed her works, and taught her the foundations of the creation.
The subject of the final meeting, “fear and love”, specifically addressed the participants, as it looked at these philosophical aspects from various points of view, including how to protect themselves during the pandemic and to be human and socially active at the same time, without contributing to the spread of the infection. The lesson was led by the lecturer Maria Dubicka, who shared his experience WITH Mākoņkalna parish inhabitant Inta Barkāne, whose initiatives to improve the environmental environment of the municipality contributed to reflection on how much and different things in his parish we can do. In the second part of the day we made a bouquet of candy and talked about how we would wait for Christmas and let us enjoy the lonely pensioners in the Rēzekne District.
The knowledge acquired in the project helps the woman to develop and develop her work skills in order to be self-sufficient. In collaboration with each other, products with new added value were created. It is hoped that some rural women have acquired new skills and inspiration to act as self-employed persons. The practice results in the preparation of Christmas gifts to be donated to charity and new skills to be used in the future.
