1. Izsoles objekts- Neapbūvēta, zemes reformas pabeigšanai paredzēta zemes vienība 0,27 ha platībā ar kadastra apzīmējumu 7888 012 0315. Iznomāšanas mērķis lauksaimnieciskās ražošanas vajadzībām.
2. Type of auction: an oral auction with an upward step.
3. Auction price (EUR, excluding VAT) 28,00 (twenty-eight euro 00 cents) per year, auction step EUR 3,00 (three euro cents). Objekts tiek iznomāts bez apbūves tiesībām. Piekļūšana objektam apgrūtināta, no Valsts vietējā autoceļa V584 Silmala- Štikāni- Seveļi, pa servitūta ceļu, jāpanāk vienošanās ar apkārtējo zemju īpašniekiem par turpmākām piekļuves iespējām.
