Applications for children and youth summer camps should be submitted by 13 July

The municipality of Rezekne, in cooperation with the National Centre for Education Content (VISC), calls for proposals for children and youth summer camps to be submitted by 13 July. A natural person who has been registered as an individual merchant or performer of economic activity, or a legal person, or a State or local government institution may apply for the implementation of camps. In accordance with the guidelines, the camps must be implemented by the end of August.

The target group of the announced project contest is the children of Ukraine and young people who have been registered in the State Education Information System (VIIs), as well as those who have so far trained remote in the educational institutions of Ukraine, while in 2022.2023, training in Latvian educational institutions will be commenced. Latvian pupils from the first to 12 th grade. The minimum number of participants per camp is 15.

The maximum amount of aid shall be 20 euros per day for the participation of one child in a 6-10 day day camp, 40 euros per day for the participation of one child in a 6-10 day-long daily camp, the time of implementation of the camp - from 20 July to 31 August.

The projects submitted for the competition will be assessed by the Commission. The results of the project will be announced on 18 July, on the website of the www.rezeknesnovads.lv of Rezekne, and notified personally to the applicant.

Applications must be submitted by the date of 13 July 2022. 12.00.
