The friendly “cook struggle” IN Mākoņkalna parish!

AT Mākoņkalna parish leisure centre “hive”, the project '' cook struggle 'was implemented. The basic idea of the project was the creation of friendly links between Mākoņkalna, Kaunatas and Maltas parish people. By joining forces, knowledge and the products offered, young people could try themselves in a cook.
At first, the Welcome games were played and all young people were divided into mixed teams so they could make friends with each other.
Then the cooking was followed. Each youth team had to prepare the hot, cold and sweet food as well as to measure the forces at the speed: “carrot grinding”.
With all the tests, the young people were assured that they could and could make good and healthy food.
All participants received diplomas and commemorative souvenirs.
