Information regarding the land units of the local government with cadastre designation 7850 003 0323 Dricānu parish lease right auction

1. Izsoles objekts- Neapbūvēta, zemes vienības 1.5 ha platībā ar kadastra apzīmējumu 7850 003 0323. Iznomāšanas mērķis lauksaimnieciskās ražošanas vajadzībām.
2. Type of auction: an oral auction with an upward step.
3. Izsoles sākumcena (EUR, bez PVN) 163.35 (viens simts sešdesmit trīs euro 35 centi) gadā, izsoles solis EUR 10,00 (desmit euro 00 centi). Izsoles dalībnieki solīšanas procesā paceļ savu reģistrācijas kartīti ar numuru. Izsoles vadītājs atkārto pirmā solītāja reģistrācijas numuru un nosauc piedāvāto maksu. Piedāvātās izsoles maksas pieaugums nedrīkst būt mazāks par izsoles soli, arī gadījumā, ja izsolē piedalās 1 (viens) izsoles dalībnieks.
4. Place and date of the auction – Dricānu parish administration premises, “Last house”, Dricānu civil parish, Rezekne municipality, 2022. gada 7. decembrī plkst.11.30.
5. Lease contract term - 12 years.
6. All tenderers wishing to participate in the auction shall pay a security of EUR 10,00 (ten EUR 00 cents) and a registration fee OF EUR 15,00 (fifteen euro cents).
7. A security shall be deemed to have been submitted if the relevant amount of money has been credited to the bank account.
