Transferred property for privatisation “Rosemmaniža stallis”

The State stock company “privatisation agency” shall notify:

By Order of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 743 of 13 December 2017, the State property object transferred to privatisation – immovable property “Rochmuiža stallis” (cadastre No. 7892 002 0305) – land unit (cadastre designation 7892 002 0305) in the area of 0.2500 ha (cadastre designation 7892 002 0305 001) in Rosemary Manor, Stoļerovas parish, Rezekne municipality.

The claims of creditors and other claims relating to that object shall be submitted within two months from the publication of this notice in the Official Gazette Latvijas Vēstnesis.

Information regarding the object to be privatised may be acquainted with the website of the privatisation www.pa.gov.lv in the section “Land and real estate objects/notices”.
