On real estate auction IN Gaigalavas civil parish

Auction object: Rezekne District Municipalities Real estate “Fence” with cadastre No 7854 009 0215consisting of land units with cadastre designation 7874 009 0215, area 2,71 ha at address: Gaigalavas parish, Rēzekne municipality.

Real estate notional price – EUR 5192,00 (five thousand one hundred ninety-two euros, 00 cents), which is also the starting price of the auction. The entire price of the promised real estate is paid in euro.

Auction step - EUR 100,00 (one hundred euros, 00 cents)

Auction on electronic auction site https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv in the period from 18 July 2022 at 13:00 until 17 August 2022 at 13.00. 

Registration of applicants shall take place from 18 July 2022 at 13:00 until 7 August 2022 23:59 Electronic auction site https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv in the register of auction participants maintained after the publication of official notice regarding the auction in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Latvia “Latvijas Vēstnesis” website www.vestnesis.lv  

Bidders of the auction - natural persons who wish to apply for an auction on their own account or on behalf of a legal person, electronic auction site https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv 

Auction registration fee – EUR 20,00 (twenty euro, 00 cents) 

Auction security – 10 % of the notional price of immovable property, i.e. EUR 520,00 (five hundred and twenty euro cents) is paid to the municipality of Rēzekne: release alley 95A, Rezekne, Tail. No 90009112679, account Nr.LV 79TREL980257006400B, Treasury, TRELLV22. A security shall be deemed to have been submitted if the relevant amount of money has been credited to the specified bank account.
