- Auction object - non-built land units for agricultural production purposes with cadastre designation:
- 7866 002 0211, area 3,3 ha, opening price of the lease right at 297,00 EUR/year excluding VAT, security of EUR 29,70, auction step 20 EUR;
- 7866 004 0100, area 5,00 ha, rent 330,00 EUR per year excluding VAT, eur 33,00, auction step 20 EUR;
- 7866 005 0075, area 2.5 ha, rent eur 225,00 PER year excluding VAT, security of EUR 22,50, auction step 20 EUR;
- 7866 005 0087, area 5,5 ha, rent 363,00 EUR per year excluding VAT, security of EUR 36,30, auction step 20 EUR.
- Type of auction: an oral auction with an upward step.
- The participants in the auction shall raise their registration card with a number in the bidding process. The manager of the auction shall repeat the registration number of the first bidder and determine the proposed fee. The increase of the proposed auction fee shall not be less than the auction auction, even if 1 (one) participant of the auction participates in the auction.
