Insolvent SIA “Latgale real estate”, registration No 40003971982, registered office: church street 39-7, Riga, LV-1010, insolvency proceedings administrator Alesja Avanesova, office of office No 00558, place of practice: Antonia street 5-8, Riga, LV-1010, announces the second auction of the real estate belonging TO SIA “Latgale real estate” with a downward step.
The sale of immovable property located in Rezekne novj, Dricana parish, Dricans, “autogarage”, with cadastre designation 7850 008 0150, registered in the Land Register of the Rēzekne Court Dricana parish number 100000247124 and consists of 8200 m. 2 area (cadastre designation 7850 008 0150) and garage (cadastre designation of the structure 7850 008 0150 001) with a total area of 1602,3 m2(hereinafter – real estate).
Creditor: a set of creditors IN the insolvency proceedings OF SIA “Latgale immovable property”.
The real estate valuation and the starting price of the auction shall be EUR 7 000.00.
Auction price navapled with value added tax.
The auction step/reduction is set AT EUR 100,00.
Auctioned on 6 November 2020, at 13.00.
The auction will be closed on 7 December 2020 at 13.00.
The person who wishes to participate in the auction of immovable property shall, by 26 November 2020, pay the insolvent SIA “Latgales immovable properties”, registration No. 40003971982, in the current account of “PrivatBank”, account No. LV27PRTT0260024860500, the amount OF the security of 10% of the estimate (EUR 700,00) and, through the electronic auction site, send a request to the insolvency practitioner to authorize their participation in the auction.
