Communication of 5 January 2021 on land lease contract No Extension OF THE period OF operation OF DP-2021/2 and a new version of the Land Rental Agreement

On the basis of Decision No 295 of the Rēzekne District Council of 17 March 2022 “on the land lease contract No … of 5 January 2021” THE extension of THE period of operation OF DP-2021/2 and the signing of the contract in a new version by MR Decreres parish (Protocol No 9, § 38), the right to conclude a land lease on land units of the municipality with cadastre designations 7848 001 0067 with an area of 2,50 ha and 7848 001 0070 with an area of 0,80 ha, was acquired by a natural person with whom the land lease contract was concluded on 21 March 2022. RNP/2022/8 .7 .1/190 for a total land lease of EUR 230,00/year (excluding VAT) established by a certified valuer.

The contract continues on 5 January 2021 on land lease contract No. DP-2021/2 commitments and are valid until 5 January 2044.

The land unit with cadastre designations 7848 001 0067 and 7848 001 0070, located in the municipality of Dekshores, Rezekne municipality; purpose of use – land on which the main economic activity is agriculture (code 0101).
