Notice of auction results for the property “Gaigalavas forestry”

The auction was organised in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 515 of 8 June 2010, Regulations Regarding the Procedures for Leasing of State and Local Government Property, Methodology for Determination of Rental Fees and Type Terms of a Lease Contract.

On 17 April 2015, as a result of the auction, the lease right to the object - ancillary premises No. 1 and No. 2, in a total area of 111,96 m2, located in the immovable property of the municipality of Rezekne “Gaigalavas Forestry”, is built by cadastre designation 78540050204009, by address: forest street 2, Gaigalava, Gaigalavas parish, Rezekne municipality, with the purpose of use – commercial activity, acquired SIA “BaltHarmonia”, reg. Nr.LV 52403015821, address: forest street 2A, Gaigalava, Gaigalavas parish, Rezekne novj, Lv-4618.

2. Lease term (years) - 7 years.

3. Rent - EUR 0,21/sq. per month.
