Notification of the results of the auction of land unit with cadastre designation 7888 007 0441

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 15 November 2018 “for non-built, self-government land units with cadastre designation 7888 007 0441, Silmalas parish, approval of auction results.” (Protocol No 24, 9 §), a land lease agreement of 16 November 2018 has been concluded with the cadastre designation 7888 007 0441 - 4.17 ha. The contract shall enter into force on 15.11.2018 and shall be valid until 14.11.2030.
