• address: Viļānu civil parish, Rezekne municipality,   
• area to be leased: 2,00 ha,
• amount of notional rent per year (excluding VAT) EUR 190,00 (one hundred ninety)  euro 00 cents), which is the starting price of the auction,
• registration fee for participation in the auction EUR 15,00 (fifteen euro 00 cents),
• auction security EUR 10,00 (ten euro 00 cents),
• auction step EUR 10,00 (ten euro 00 cents).
