Young people and adults – opportunities for learning in entrepreneurship

In order to encourage young people to play an active role now, as well as expand their vision of the future and encourage the realization of their ideas, the Latvian business development centre, in collaboration with the “new business school”, invites young people and adults to participate in a special business training session “how to create a successful business and success!” by the age of 40. The aim of training is to increase the motivation of young people to start their business, as well as to provide knowledge of all related to business, development and profit-making. During training, young people with entrepreneurs and creative business trainers Egita Sprogi will lay the foundations for a new business initiative.
Most young people, after secondary school graduation, enter a major choice - continuing training in one of Latvia's or foreign universities, going to work, or realizing and trying to fill one of their ideas or dreams... Sometimes the realization of their ideas lacks the most important - confidence in their own forces, the idea “from the edge”, the motivation, the understanding of what and what to do, the willingness to find the most appropriate for themselves and the direction of the target, so this kind of training is like a great incentive not to give up and create great things in yourself! Also in adults who have not yet found themselves in the business area, it would not be fair to leave without neglect, so in collaboration with the co-funders of the programme we are used to increase the age limit of the training session participants up to 40 years.
The business training session will last two months, from July to August, and will offer to attend eight creative lectures, create practical tasks, tests, receive from business professionals individual consultations, and “Online” (online online), create discussions and encourage exchanges of opinion/ideas among participants. The training will be held at the centre of Riga, every Monday, on 7 July, 14 July, 21 July, 28 July, 4 August, 11 August, 18 August and closing training on 25 August. Training is focused not only on the exchange of ideas with other young people and on active working groups, but also on the provision of individual and individual knowledge.
Brief insight into business training topic:
* business as a source of occupation and profit (all about business origins, development, business aspects and differences in Latvia and the world, basic knowledge of business start-ups etc.);
* Creating a business strategy (“to start?” - choosing the right business direction, evaluating your strengths and applying to business development, the specificities of personal features in business creation, business planning and directions by step, etc.);
* Business-building legal aspects (all about creating business plan and documentation, legal party for business start and management, etc.);
* choice of staff and motivation (how to select employees of the company, how to create a team, how to motivate themselves and employees to achieve higher results, etc.);
* creation of a sales system in a company (how to introduce the audience with your product/service, how to properly positioning the company and the product/service offered, how to successfully promote sales, all about the most important aspects of sales, etc.);
* exportation of export horizon (“whether my product/service is exportable?”, all about the start of exports – search for cooperation partners, foreign market research etc.);
* competition awareness, relations with competitors (market research, identification of competitors, use of competitors' strengths and weaknesses in the development of their business, competition in modern market conditions);
* how to make marketing work for your business (creation of an efficient marketing plan, promotion of product/service awareness, marketing types - techniques, new marketing, choice of correct marketing channels, customization for specific product/service);
* promotional force in business development (all about brand positioning, ad types, efficiency, advertising market, Latvian and world practices and most brightest examples of effective advertising).
The business training session will be managed by coach Egita Sproge, a lecturer with more than 20 years of experience in direct sales and sales management, sales process creation, sales team creation, sales team management, company creation, company management. Egita has made more than 14 000 successful visits to both the small and medium-sized and large customers IN THE B2B segment, working with both Latvian and international customers. Egita advises, prepares and manages curricula in enterprises, helps to create sales organizations and business development.

We live in an era of knowledge and creativity where each person's abilities are a great success and, in the course of these training, we will try to turn young people's ideas and willingness into reality, ”says Egita Sproge.
Due to co-financing of the “Business Acquisition” programme, the cost of the business training session is only EUR 299 per participant (standard price - EUR 899).
