Kaunatas students seek their poem

For more than half a century, the month of poetry is the day of poetry. At the end of September, Kaunatas secondary school pupils, in collaboration with school libraries, took a poetry competition - “my poem”.
With his poetry skills, he shared: Class 2a pupils - Elizabeth Lopareva, Raitis Logins, Edgars Rusakovs (Regina Katkovska); Class 3a pupils - Anastasia Aleksandroviča, Anastasia Petrova, Alexander Fiodorov, Arina Masloboyeva, Raivis Kovalevsky, Richard Raitis Mikelis (class nurse Rita Spruzevnieks); Class 4b students - Jaroslav Popov, Olga Salmina, Arina Santareva, Roberts Vincukov, Olga Salmina, Arina Santareva, Roberts Vincukov, Lizja Ogorodnikova, Diana Stepina, Liza Popova (class nurse Oxana Šwhisin - Kilaiten). Class 4a students and class nurse Guna Savicka offered their joint work.
In poems, the children reflected the magnificence of the year, the love of animals, the nature, the family. The future poets were valued by the entire audience. After a survey of the listeners, students of Class 2a were honoured - Elizabeth Lopareva, Raitis Logins, Edgars Rusakovs. All participants in the competition were awarded with symbolic medals, gifts. The afternoon ended with fun songs and dances.
