In the nails, the Sports Festival of Zveynoday has been taken over for the 20 th time

The fisherman's nails are not just sports festivals, that is an annual event – Nagu festival, which is going to be prepared by the entire village. One does this by helping to organize festivals, another -- just visiting festivals, but most of the local people are going to take the guests because this is the time they get home both from abroad and from the edge of Latvia and still invite friends and colleagues.
Also this year there was a large number of participants and visitors from Rēzekne municipality, neighborhoods, as well as from Riga, Cēsis, Ventspils, Talsi, Kolka, Raunas etc., who changed throughout the day in a steady stream. The number of participants can always be judged by the protocols of various competition disciplines. This year, for example, the volleyball played 23 teams, which are 96 players, 305 participants in the shooting gallery, 164 participants in the traditional fisherman's theatre, and 107 participants (42 adults and 65 children of different ages). This year, there were very serious challenges for all ages of all ages in 14 disciplines, each to choose which sport to test their strength and success.
All very much like the morning of the morning, even before the opening of the festival, “Brahanner's walk”, where every member must walk across a stretched ribbon across a water reservoir. Just because it's not a normal walk, and they all fall into the water at the end, it's so interesting and amusing. This year, 39 brave – 25 men and 14 women participated in this “walk”. The most lucky “brahnies” turned out to be ours: the nails:
1 st place Juris Justs (2:11:28, 40 m)
2 nd place Rihards Turumnieks (2:59: 90, 40 m)
3 rd place Raivis Romanuks (4:08: 72, 40 m)
In women's competition:
1 st place Cynthia Kaposte (1:55:41, 40 m)
2 nd place Iveta Kalinina (4: 47: 22, 20 m)
3 rd place Inese Zalužinska (2:22:21, 18 m)
Cynthia Kaposte's “Brahanner walk” overtook all three honored men, leaving the same 40 m men, just almost half a day. Anyway, but women in this test are always more cheerful and more lucky, because last year the winner was going through the water reservoir without falling into the water, and at speeds, too.
Also, the boating relay in the morning was quite fun and gambling for both participants and viewers, because two teams were starting at once. There were 3 participants in each team, one of whom came in a boat across the river, and the third ran around the bridge, and all three of them returned to the startup position. In these competitions, the more lucky boaters turned out to be nails:
1 st place: Raivis Romanuks, Ainars cabbage, Sandris Paplavskis;
2 nd place Juris Justs, Aivis cabbage, Linda Kposte;
3 rd place Roberts Ulpe, Janis Deputies, Janis Taimeks.
The strongest that year had to pull the car, keep the tyre and carry the sandbags. 27 games were started in these competitions:
1 st place Oļegs Zakutajevs
2 nd place Gaitis Bobrov
3 rd place Jānis myk.
This time, the news was the “flying squirrel”, in which, just as he had reached the rod, his weight had to be carried to the end of the column. There were 45 participants, too, in the courage.
1 st place Roberts Ulpe
2 nd place Ainars cabbage;
3 rd place Aivis cabbage and Arthur Baltoge.
There were women in this discipline, but this was not a “beautiful gender of sex”, all persuaded by the attempts. There are, however, tests where women are not accompanied by men, but the “flying squirrels” did not even have the strength of each man. The women, on the other hand, were able to test their forces by picking up the water bucket in the “rural woman's day.” As the bucket had to be raised in a stretched hand over his head, the spectators turned into a wet T-shirt show for a great deal of pleasure.
The strength and strength of the men's hands were also tested by hanging on the rod for a time in the “sleeping bats”.
There was also a skill test in the fun relay “everything is bombs”, as well as hand-breaking competitions for both women and men, where the strongest male competitors were:

2 nd place Jānis Dakselitis;
3 rd place Dainis Lucianov.
For women: 
1 st place Liene river;
2 nd place Inese Zalužinska
3 rd place Gita Krakowski.
Volleyball (4 +2):
1 st place “Kenti” (Nagles);
2 nd place “Mōla smoke” (Madona);
3 rd place “such malacians” (Varakalans);
Beach volleyball (2 +1):
1 st place for command “2 +1”;
2 nd place for the “Dagda” team;
3. place for the team “ants' princesses”;
In parallel, there was also a practice session for young mothers. Mommyfit coach League Fisherman showed a variety of useful and everyday exercises that Mommy could do with both the trolley and the babies on the mat.
The children had a wide range of entertainment throughout the day – inflatable attractions to the water and stadium, as well as a variety of interesting competitions and the Drawing on Asphalt. And who would n't want to be painted on his hand in Zveynies? This initiative came to our local girls Dzintrai Kushevskaya and Laura's corner, who had learned the drawing skills in the Secondary School of Art and Design of Rezekne. The painting was a whole line!
The volleyball competition ended with the victory of the local team “Kenti”, who was very touched and pleased by the local people, as these young people had grown up with the Festival. Starting with the first sports festivals in Nagles, the young began to practice seriously, as they showed an incentive – every year in Nagles's sports festival. They all remember their first win in 1999, when local young people in a mature competition won 1 st place. From that time to all these years, they have had prizes in volleyball every year. – both victory and 2 nd or 3 rd. The composition has changed, but they are all very sporting and constantly proving themselves in various sports, such as brothers Yesko now engaged in running, Ainars cabbage and Raivis Romanechoes, although they have established families and raise children, but continue to play an active part in volleyball.
The best thing is that every next generation is trying to keep up with past or even more. Now the younger brothers sometimes begin to beat the older ones and have a special joy. In recent years we see that we have non-performing young people – Ainars and Aivis cabbages, Raivis Romanuks, Juris Justs, Sandris Paplavskis, Cynthia and Linda Kapostes etc., who are always clubs in various sports.
All the most powerful athletes of Nagles acknowledged that there had been a very serious competition this year and that they had not recovered much more than a few days later. More than they did in almost every test, and wherever they were, they were among the best.
When the big prize was over and all the winners were given to medals, diplomas, cups and fish, Nagu's self-employed people gave a musical greeting to the festival participants. The special atmosphere was created by the blower orchestra “Decrores”. To be even more memorable, in the night of the night, a glorious shade of fire glittered like a greeting to all these festivals. Those who had yet to win the ball also danced to the morning with the group “green light.”
The festival is gone, the forces recovered, the life in Nagles returned to the usual rhythm. But -- when you walk down the street and a car suddenly stops next to you, the window glass and the unfamiliar man say, “Thank you for the festival!” then realize that the Festival has succeeded again. And how not -- our festival can't fail because so many good, positive people have invested enormous jobs and their energy in these festivals, so much thanks to everyone who helped celebrate the festival! Thank you, too, for all the sportsmen, because without you, our festival will fail.
