The State Agency for Employment invites any interested party to the events of the digital week

In the digital week from 22.03 to 26.03 THE SEA will offer every interested party the opportunity to participate online in training courses or in individual work interview simulations and to receive a career consultancy “development of remote working skills”. 

In the context of individual work interview simulations, participants in NVA career consultants will play a variety of work-related situations and try “roles” of both the jobseeker and employer in order to prepare for work interviews in practice. Various working negotiations will be analysed, as well as errors that jobseekers often allow in negotiations with employers and in the preparation of the application documents. Participants in training courses will be able to find out their strong and weak communication characteristics, find out what skills have yet to be developed. Simulations of individual work interviews will take place Zoom in the platform. At the time of the group's consultancy “Remote Job Skills”, promotional participants will find out how they need to work remotely. For example, you will find out how the workplace needs to be installed, taking into account the requirements and principles of ergonomics, learning priorities and developing a day-to-day action plan. In order for the remote work to be effective, it is important to maintain itself in good physical form and to be emotionally balanced, to be able to deal with stress. THE SEA career advisors will help to recognize the signs of stress, “listen” to themselves and understand their feelings and thoughts, both positive and negative.
