Establishment “for the development of rural economy in Rezekne municipality” (LEARN) seeks the older consultant (for a certain period)

The Foundation for the Development of Rural Economy in Rēzekne District (LEARN) invites you to apply for an older consultant for a certain period of time.
Requirements for candidates:
higher education in economics, management sciences or finance;
• work experience in the field of project management;
• experience in customer service
• Presentation and reasoning skills
• excellent computer skills
excellent knowledge of Latvian and Russian language, knowledge of the desired English language.
The main tasks of the work:
• organise and coordinate the conduct of competition projects, the evaluation process and monitor the implementation of approved projects;
• to prepare proposals for projects in addition to the attraction of funding for the achievement of important objectives, as well as to implement supported projects;
• provide advisory support for business start-up and development in Rezekne municipality, including information on funding sources;
• regularly organise local farm business markets;
• represent the foundation in the public space, presenting the activities of the foundation and publishing information in mass media;
participate in the development of the development documents of the municipality of Rezekne and the “Rēzekne District Communities Partnership”.
