Hiking Day Three High School
The familiarity of native places has become a nice tradition that has been observed for many years at the High School. Every year, pupils travel together with teachers to learn their native places, their history, the traditions and traditions of local people. Also this morning, on 23 September, a day of hiking and excursions was held at the High School of Three.
The purpose of the 1 st and 2 nd class hiking was to meet Jerzovka Lake, its plant and animal diversity, as well as observe the autumn beauty in nature. During the journey, pupils' resistance was developed and a healthy lifestyle has been addressed. The pupils and teachers enjoyed joy together, looking for one of the many lakes in the parish.
Class 3 visited and surveyed Ludinka Lake Tarakanovka during the trip. The children also met with adjacent sādžām, Sprindu and Gasuļi. They were very interesting to spend time watching the lake, playing various games, and doing picnic. She returned to the school happily and happily.
Classes 4, 5, 6 were surveyed and studied in Viļānus. First they went to the drainage museum where they looked at the exhibition and met the city's history. After the exciting part, the creative hour was exciting, in which the pupils themselves prepared their success talisman using ancient Latvian ornaments.
The pupils surveyed the city and its surroundings, visited a local power station and actively rested on the island. It was a nice day. With good mood and new impressions, everyone returned to school.
7 7-9, together with teachers, decided to combine the hiking with healthy activities and the identification and research of their county and surroundings. So we went to the peintball club Priezupe, where he had an opportunity to check himself in this exciting game.
We later assessed the landscape of the city of Rēzekne from the Anchupan viewtower, located at the highest hill of the forest, 200 metres above sea level, and is 28.5 metres high.
We were pleased when we returned to school because we saw very much, fun, lovely spent time and eventually rested.
High school students, together with classmates, visited the Palace of Varakalans Manor. During the excursion, the pupils were introduced to the history of the palace. It belonged to Count Mikhael Janam fon der Borham, built from 1783-1789, following the invitation of the Italian architect Vincheno Macotti. It is an excellent and early example of classical style in Latvian construction art. There are uniquely unique 18.gs painting in the castle.
The excursion was exciting. The students in the cellar of the castle were looking for a “living sword”, but found a circle with arrows. During the rest, everyone had a chance to shoot.
The excursion grower offered to look at objects and tourist trails when driving with bicycles. At the center of the city, he looked at the Sv. Victor Chapel, built in 1814. The idea of the chapel building is based on the Roman Pantheon, whose miniature repeats its shape. The chapel is an architectural monument of national significance.
The pupils had a chance to look at the sun clock, find a track in a stone labyrinth.
Next part of the excursion – visit of the Palace Park. Varakļana Park – the only park in Latvia, which is symmetrically from all sides by three rows of flame algae. “Love stone”, which is much said, is the subject of the park.
Further, the pupils were delighted by sporting activities. With a friendly sitting on the fire, we fought with a scented hot tea. The beautiful landscape, the Varakalans Manor Manor, told the pupils' interest in continuing to know, know their own and neighborhood.
Every man has his own homeland, which is both irrevocable and versatile. They are both small rural roads and powerful highways, water-rich lakes and small streets, large cities and small villages with small houses. When we introduce Latgale, we become increasingly proud of our beautiful, wonderful and so diverse family.
