Latvian National Guard training will be held in Rezekne municipality

From 27 to 28 May, the National Guard 3 will be held in the municipality of Rezekne and Ludza. Latgale Brigade 32 nd Introducer Battalion national guardsman thin training. The aim of the training is to develop and maintain military skills and skills for effective action in the area by promoting mutual cooperation for the implementation of a single task.

The regular conduct of military training plays a key role in maintaining and strengthening the fighting capabilities of the National Armed Forces. They must be at constant high level so that the regular forces, the National Guard and the reserve soldiers are always prepared to respond to potential threats in a timely manner, guaranteeing the security of Latvia.

The National Guard provides an opportunity for national guardsmen to expand their vision regularly, acquire different military specialities, strengthen stress resilience and improve physical preparedness, so the extensive knowledge and skills acquired in learning can also be useful outside the service.

The attention of the people!

During the course of the training, a temporary soldier and a national guardsman in the area will be held, as well as the movement of military transport along shared and adjacent roads of smaller significance in the vicinity of Rezekne and Ludza District. In the process of execution of the scenario, training ammunition and combat simulation products will be used, which causes noise but does not in any way endanger human health and life.
