Rēzeknes novada Sporta skolas jaunie basketbolisti tiekas ar NBA līderi

On Sunday, June 5, Riga, the Olympic sports centre basketball hall, Citadele gave the new basketball players an opportunity to meet Christop Porzins. 250 children were invited to this one-off event from basketball schools throughout Latvia.

This option was also given to the children of the Rēzekne municipality – youth sports school three students – Kristapam Oberman, Jānis Dembovskim (from Dricānu secondary school) and Elīzai Poiis (from Rezekne 1. National Gymnasia). Young people were very excited about meeting the Latvian basketball team, representing NBA club New York Knicks.

At the time of the meeting, it was possible to participate in competitions, photographing with the new NBA Star. Each participant was awarded an interesting prize.

As a result of the events, the young people said that they could ask questions in the course of the event, who shared their experiences with impressive and pronounced events about their sporting events in America. The event was also attended by local artists such as Aminata Saadgo, the band “eggs”, and the bombs of their masteries were shown by Christop's darling. Many were given the chance to play 1: 1 with Caspar Porzins. Elise said, “There was an interesting and inspiring adventure to meet Pozzgie in life.”
