Sabre Volleyball League season 3

On October 8, the Rēzekne municipality, Vērēmu parish in Adamova, will be given a start for the 3 rd season of the sabre volleyball league (SVL). This year there will be nine men's teams - VK Jçkabpils, VK Kraslava, VK saldie (Rezekne municipality), Kuorsova, Riebini, Daugavpils BJSS, Rogovka, azarts/Bērzgale - and six women's teams - Rezekne municipality, Bērzgale, Rezekne BJSS, Gulbenes municipality BJSS, SEE Kuorsova and Jackabpils.

Men's teams will play a circle system, identifying eight best units who will participate in the shutdown games to find a champion. It will be recalled that for the time being the Rēzekne municipality has not yet been AN SVL championship, VK Kraslava (season 1) and VK Jçkabpils (season 2) have become such in previous seasons. It is hoped that season 3 will be more successful for our teams.

Women's League teams will play a two-circle system. Then izslēgšanas games will be held. The women's League for Championships have also become teams of other notions - in season 1 Jçkabpils ladies, and in season 2-SUFA k (Daugavpils). Good luck to our girls!

Together with the Rēzekne municipality, the sabre volleyball league is regarded as the largest amateur league in Eastern Latvia - 31 teams and around 400 participants participate.
