In the international teacher day, the teachers of the Rēzekne municipality are honoured

Young Rezekne municipality teachers

After two years of pause, a traditional day event was held in Rezekne. This year, the educators were taken up BY Maltas secondary school collectors. Three recognition articles and three gratitude articles from the Ministry of Education and Science were presented during the event. Gratitude articles from the municipality of Rezekne were received by 20 young teachers who have started their work in this or previous school year, as well as 61 teachers. In general, 580 teachers are employed in the municipality of Rezekne.

Ministry of Education and Science Recognition articles received:

  • Dricānu High School Director Skaidrite Strode - a significant contribution to education and the successful administration of the integration process of minority children.
  • Gaigalavas Head of the Pre-school Educational Institution - a significant contribution to education and the successful implementation of inclusive education.
  • Dricānu High-school cultural and artistic, Latvian language and literature teacher Gunta Kazusheva - a significant contribution to the teaching of pedagogical work and the revitalisation of education through the acquisition of Latvian and Latvian language.

Ministry of Education and Science Thanks articles on outstanding work in the calming of Latvian youth patriotism and the contribution to the organisation of national defence training in camps, received:

  • Maltas High School Director Vinera Deme with his collective.
  • Kaunatas Secondary Schools for former Director Alinai Gendelei with a collective. The award was received by the current Director OF THE Kaunatas High School Inara Parmonva.
