Technically creative workshops FOR Sakstagala students
In order to make the learning process more colourful, more interesting and exciting, Sakstagala Jānis KCo. in the primary school for classes 1-9, esf project “Support for the development of individual competences” (project No. 8.3.2.2/16/I/001), SIA “Aspired” organised several hour activities in which students were given the opportunity to operate in technical creative workshops.
Class 1, 2 nd class students formed their own flaber, which is a specific texture, soft design in different colours. They stretched it with great pride and knelt throughout the day. In the missile workshop, Class 3 pupils made their cosmic missile, which was raised in air using the air-flow principle. The greatest pleasure was the long and high flight of two rockets across the school roof. Class 4 students learned more about different light sources and made their lantern in which LED diode was incorporated. The LED lantern produced is taken by each participant to the home to give pleasure to himself or a member of the family.
The ancient weapon, used to shoot a charge at a large distance without explosives, was designed by students of classes 5 and 6 in workshops. After doing their lesson they tried to send the ball back and more accurately, collecting the highest number of points.
The technically creative workshop in the “chicken capsule” is an activity in the field of cosmonaux, and during its time in classes 7-9, pupils from “purchased” made up a capsule containing a meaningful egg-astronaut to the ground alive and healthy. The task of the capsule is not only to protect the egg - astronaut, but to take it to a safer place for egg-astronaut disembarkation. Pupils used their creative imagination, life experience, teams and competitions.
It was a knowledgeable and intelligent entertainment event for pupils to promote their interest in physics, chemistry, aerodynamics, experiments.
