Accounting of administrative irregularities

Controllers who carry out data processing for the purpose of processing personal data shall not be required to inform the data subject of the information referred to in point 6.1, as laid down in Article 23(1)(d) of the General Data Protection Regulation, concerning the prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offences, or the execution of criminal penalties, including protection against threats to public security and their prevention.
