The Natural, Cultural History and Positions are held on the day of the Razna National Park travellers

In order to introduce the values of nature, cultural history and landscapes, as well as tourism opportunities in Razna National Park, the third Razna National Park travellers' day will be held on 13 July. Every interested party is invited to go on exciting excursions by bus, hiking in the vicinity of the Padebees mountain, or in a towel around Ezer, to visit local producers and craftsmen, and to engage in educational and creative activities.
Also this year there will be an opportunity to enjoy the trips with a sail boat in Razna Lake, pour out wax candles and try hand-to-eat honey, visit a guitar workshop or Kaunatas in a museum, see a private collection of bells in Latvia, participate in podiers' creative workshops, visit Lūznavas manor. The Zosna Iu will be able to turn from 10.11 .00 to 13.00. Hertangel Miickel's Catholic Church, one of the smallest wooden churches in Latgale.
“The diversity of natural and cultural history in Razna National Park is one of the cornerstones that characterise the traveller's daily offer. However, it is an integral part of people - craftsmen, producers, storytellers, local residents who live and manage in the territory of Razna National Park and are prepared to share their performance and show progress – from traditional artisanal workshops and farms to private collections and museums,“ Regina Indriķe ”of the nature education centre Razna.
The Nature Education Centre “Razna” and the Jaundomes Manor Environmental Education Centre will also be expected to attend visitors. In the Nature Education Centre “Razna” will be able to visit the exhibition, look at the exhibition of the designer of the Nature Protection Administration in the centre, and participate in the drawing master class, perform tasks with elements of orientation for the study of Razna National Park. On the other hand, the Jaundomes Manor Environmental Education Center will not only be able to look at the exhibition but also to bake the “Muižnieks kruasana”.
Active recreational fans are invited to travel around 18 km long route to Lipuški – Luciški - Ubogova - Mākoņkalns - Voveri - New seamen - Darci – Lipuški. The journey will be driven by traveller, storyteller, geography Ivars Matisov, and will be able to enjoy the landscape of the Mountain of Padebees, to explore the diversity of nature, to feel the cultural history of Latgale municipality, as well as to spend time in the companion company. The beginning of the journey, gathering at the “Razna” Lipuškos of the Nature Education Centre, is 10.00. Pedestrians are invited to dress according to the weather, taking care of comfortable shoes. They are invited to take water, sandwiches, and some knives on their own wishes to get into the way. At the end of the journey, all the impressions made can be discussed at the fire.
The towlers are expected at noon 10.00 at the Dagda District Tourism Information Centre for a total of 45 km of marshrtum Dagda - Jaundomes manor – Ezernieki – Vilnius – Andzels – Andrupene - Dagda. Velobrauca must be logged in before calling 65681420.

The Razna National Park is a specially protected nature area where natural and landscape values help to detect the natural tourism infrastructure created in several sites: the Androupenes marsh trail, the stone trail, the large Liepukalna nature trail and the view tower, the resting site in the Piloros oak grove and the Arkonkalns.
“Still visitor's most visited natural sites are Mākoņkalns and view tower in the big Liepukalna. It has been visited by 3780 people since 1 April. In contrast, a large Liepukalna view tower, which has been re-available since April 19, has already been 7150 people. However, in travellers' days, we want to show less-known places, calling for small entrepreneurs. The Razna National Park is organized by Nature Protection Administration in cooperation with local governments of Rezekne, Ludza and Dagda and entrepreneurs who operate in the territory of the National Park. The travelers' day tradition in Razna National Park was started in 2017, celebrating the decades of the national park.
