Information regarding movable property – felling No. 2 located in immovable property “Stoļerovas forests”, electronic auction

The municipal authority of the municipality of Rezekne, “Kaunatas parish association”, unit “Stoļerovas parish administration”, on the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 4 March 2021 (Protocol No 5, § 5), “on the sale of the municipal movable property – felling No 2, located in the immovable property“ Stoļerovas forests ”IN THE parish OF Stoļerovas, the sale of Rezekne in electronic auction with an upward step”, notifies the information regarding the movable property – felling No. 2 located in the immovable property “Stoļerovas forests”, Rezekne municipality IN Stoļerovas parish with cadastre No 7892 003 0064, which consists of the land unit with cadastre designation 7892 005 0045 area of the cadastre, selling electronic auction by an upward step.

Property nosfixed initial price EUR 43 000.00 (forty-three thousand euros, 00 cents) . 

Auction starts on electronic auction site https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv 15 March 2021 at 13:00 and concluded on 14 April 2021 at 13:00.

The property to be auctioned can be viewed in working days until April 13, 2021, by telephone 29423522.

A security amount OF 10% from the notional price of immovable property, including EUR 4300.00 (four thousand three hundred euros, 00 cents), shall be transferred to the local government institution of Rezekne “Kaunatas parish association”. No. 40900027411, AS “SWEDBANK” in current account LV47HABA0551046070776, code HABALV22. The purpose of the payment shall be: “the amount of the security for the immovable property“ Stoļerovas forests ”, the felling auction”.

Fee for participation in e-auction-EUR 20.00 (twenty euro, 00 cents) to be credited to the settlement account of the court administration.
