Information regarding the land units of the local government with cadastre designation 7850 008 0290 Dricānu parish lease right auction

1. Auction object - unbuilt, land unit 4.4 ha with cadastre designation 7850 008 0290. The purpose of leasing for agricultural production purposes.
2. Type of auction: an oral auction with an upward step.
3. Auction starting price (EUR, excluding VAT) 463.65 (four hundred sixty-three euros 65 cents) per year, auction step EUR 10,00 (ten euro cents). The participants in the auction shall raise their registration card with a number in the bidding process. The manager of the auction shall repeat the registration number of the first bidder and determine the proposed fee. The increase of the proposed auction fee shall not be less than the auction auction, even if 1 (one) participant of the auction participates in the auction.
4. Place and date of the auction – Dricānu parish administration premises, “Last house”, Dricānu civil parish, Rezekne municipality, 7 December 2022 at 11.00.
5. Lease contract term - 12 years.
6. All tenderers wishing to participate in the auction shall pay a security of EUR 30,00 (thirty EUR 00 cents) and a registration fee OF EUR 15,00 (fifteen euro cents).
7. A security shall be deemed to have been submitted if the relevant amount of money has been credited to the bank account.
8. Deadline and place of application by applicants until 5 December 2022 at 15.00 Rēzekne Municipality “Dricānu parish administration” of the local government institution “Dricānu parish administration”, address: 'Last house', parish Dricānu parish, Rezekne municipality.
9. Characterisation of the auction object: in accordance with the functional zoning map OF THE Rēzekne municipality, Dricānu parish area, the PART of THE OBJECT shall be located in the territory of the protection zone along the road, the territory of the area passing through the overhead line of the electrical networks. The area is partially cleaned – the fertility is made up of natural grassland.
