Results of the Auction of the Land of Land with Cadastre designation 7886 007 0044 Sakstagala

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 1 August 2019, “for non-built land units with cadastre designation 7886 007 0044 Sakstagala parish lease” (Protocol No 18, § 7, paragraph 4), in accordance with the results of the auction process, the right to enter into a land lease agreement with the cadastre designation 7886 007 0044 with an area of 1,00 ha was obtained by a natural person who promised the rental right of the object of the initial lease fee of EUR 28,00 (twenty-eight euros 00 cents) per year without VAT. Duration of contract 27.08.2019 – 27.08.2031.
