Electronic auction of the real estate “silk lee” with an upward step in the parish of Chornajas

The municipality of Rēzekne, on the https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv auction site, sells the immovable property “silk lee”, which is owned by it, with an upward step, with cadastre No 7846 004 0460, consisting of the land unit with cadastre designation 7846 004 0458, with an area of 4.22 ha, in the parish of Chornajas, in the municipality of Rēzekne. 

• Auction price: EUR 12 600,00 (twelve thousand six hundred euros, 00 cents),
• Security: EUR 1 260,00 (one thousand two hundred and sixty euros, 00 cents)
• Auction step: EUR 200,00 (two hundred euros, 00 cents).);
• Fee for participation in e-auction: EUR 20,00 (twenty-euro, 00 cents),
• Opening of the auction – 16.05.2022. 13.00.;
• The application for the auction until – 05.06.2022.
• Closing of the auction – 15.06.2022. 13.00.

The person who wishes to participate in the auction shall lodge a security for the municipality of Rezekne, address: release alley 95a, Rezekne, LV-4601, Tail. No 90009112679, Account No. LV79TREL980257006400B, Treasury, TRELLV22. and send a request for authorization to auction via electronic auction site.
