About changing addresses IN Gaigalavas civil parish
1. On 21 July 2017, THE Gaigalavas parish administration adopted a decision “on the allocation of street name IN THE village OF Gaigalavas”
On the basis of Paragraph 21, Paragraph one, Clause 20 of the Law on Local Government, Section 14, Paragraph two of the Law on Administrative Territories and Population Places, Paragraph 10 of Cabinet Regulation No. 698 of 8 December 2015, which stipulates that the city and village areas shall be assigned a name in accordance with the spatial plan, detailed plan or land-use project, and, in accordance with the spatial plan of the Rēzekne District, approved by the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 1 August 2013 (Protocol No. 19, § 1) as binding regulations No. 3 “Provisions and graphical part of the territory of the Rezekne District for 2013-2024”, a decision to grant the name of the apple to the village of Gaigalavas in the village of Gaigalavas, Gaigalavas parish in Rēzekne municipality (cadastre designation 7854 005 0440) has been taken as binding regulations. 2. On 27 July 2017, THE Gaigalavas parish administration adopted a decision on address change addresses which do not comply with Paragraphs 14 and 19 of the addressee Regulations and are:
