Notice of auction results IN Gaigalavas civil parish

The auction was organised in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 515 of 8 June 2010, Regulations Regarding the Procedures for Leasing of State and Local Government Property, Methodology for Determination of Rental Fees and Type Terms of a Lease Contract.

1. On 15 April 2015, as a result of the auction, the lease right to the object - premises No. 15, 16, 17, 18 in total area 33.7 m2, located in the immovable property of the municipality of Rezekne “School, kindergarten”, is built by cadastre designation 78540050288009 “ambulance”, after address: school street 3, Gaigalava, Gaigalavas parish, Rezekne municipality, with the purpose of use – pharmacy branch operation, received SIA “LESKO N”, reg. No. 42402005129, address: Dricāni, Dricānu parish, Rezekne nov., Lv-4615.

2. Lease term (years) - 7 years.

3. Rental charge - EUR 0,21/sq. per month.
