Notification of alienation of the plot IN parish Silmalas

The unit “Silmalas civil parish board” of the municipality of Rezekne states that the “Aizkraukles” of the immovable property is organised by a cadastre number 7888 001 0205 oral auction with an upward step.

The immovable property “Available” with cadastre number 7888 001 0205 consisting of land unit with cadastre designation 7888 001 0308 in width 7.67 ha is located in the parish of Rezekne District Silmalas, is assigned sub-piece status.
Any natural or legal person who, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia, may acquire immovable property in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia and has fulfilled the conditions laid down in the auctions regulations within the specified time period, may become a participant in the auction; and the property registered in the Land Register is bordered by a land unit with cadastre designation 7888 001 0308.
The owners of land with cadastre designations 78880010071, 78880050101, 78880050110, 78880050018, 78880010162 who wish to purchase that intermediary shall be invited, by 3 March 2023, to submit an application for participation in the AUCTION.
Initial auction price EUR 17 800. Auction step EUR 1 700. EUR 1 780 collateral. Registration money 15,00 EUR.
