Notification of the lease of land unit with cadastre designation 7846 005 0015 IN parish Čornajas

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 6 December 2018 “on the extension of the period of operation of the Land Rental Agreement No 6.2/14-2013 of 12 August 2013 and in the new version of the Land Rental Agreement” (Protocol No 25, § 36), a land lease contract No_8.7.1/16 was concluded on 4 January 2019, the lease transferred to the municipality with a cadastre designation of 7846 005 0015 in the area of 0,80 ha. The rent is EUR 64,00 per year. The contract continues the commitments of the land lease contract No 6.2/14-2013 concluded on 12 August 2013 and is valid until 31 December 2030.
