Meetings of the Permanent Committees of the Council of Rezekne and the meeting of the emergency council

Meetings of the Permanent Committees of the Rēzekne council shall be convened in accordance with the by-laws on 27 June 2019 in the small hall of administration.

Planned time of meetings of permanent committees:

P .9 .00 - Meeting of the Standing Committee on Territorial Permanent and Economic Development.

9.9 .30 – sitting of the Standing Committee on Education, Culture and Sport;

P .10 .00 - Meeting of the Standing Committee on Social and Health Affairs;

P .10 .30 - Meeting of the Financial Permanent Committee.

Because of individual issues, the time of meetings of permanent committees could also be shorter or longer and should be shifted accordingly.

Following the meetings of the Standing Committees 11.00, an extraordinary meeting of the Council will be held, which will address two questions:

1. On amendments to the decision of the Rēzekne municipality of 5 April 2018 “on the financing of the infrastructure development solutions of the municipality of Rezekne in the 2018-2020 Plan of the Latgale Planning Region by sources of financing and the harmonisation of the value of the monitoring indicators to be achieved”

2. On the approval of the project “Establishment and development of a society-based social service infrastructure in Rezekne municipality”

The meeting of the Rēzekne District Council shall be convened in accordance with the regulations of the local government – on 4 July 2019, at 10.00, in the small hall of administration.
