Summer concert “night concert” at Luznava

The sunset will be slightly different from the claspinist Ieva Saliete and the traversflutiste May Kļaviņa. The opening moment of the concert – a moment before sunset, when, when dusk comes to a chair, the sounds of the natural sounds that will be joined by Ieva's playing clavihord (the quieter keyboard instrument) and the Maija traversflute (a baroque and rococo-time instrument with a very special, much softer sound than the modern flute) will join the open windows. The “night music” concert program is directly inspired by THE special environment and park OF Lūznavas manor. It will be a story of listening, a voyage for hearing, and the opening of silence. The two musicians are the Grand Music Prizes 2017 nominantes – Ieva Saliete is mentioned in the category “for outstanding work in the ensemble”, but in the May Kļaviņš category “year young artist”.
