Latvian Post recalls the possibilities of receiving postal services at the customer's place of residence in Rezekne District
Latvian Mail recalls the possibility of receiving postal services at a customer's place of residence in several areas of the municipality of Rezekne. New municipality Audriņu, Bērzgales, Dekšāres, Dricānu, Kantinieku, Lendžu, Lipušku, Nagļu, Ozolaines, Pušas, Sokolku, Sprudzevas, Stoļerovas, Subinaites and Vērēmu residents can apply for postal services at their home and conveniently receive them at a convenient time by contacting Latvian postal Customer center by phone: 27008001 or 67008001. Upon receipt of an invitation to receive a consignment, the addressees living in these territories may submit a free delivery of the consignment to their place of residence.
There are currently various forms of provision of postal services in Latvia – depending on the number of residents of the particular territory, the volume of use of postal services and consumer habits, postal services are provided in the traditional postal division of the full spectrum, in the place of provision of postal services or through a poster in the place of residence of the customer, according to how many postal services have been requested at the relevant location.

The following model for providing postal services in the newly created Rēzekne municipality is available Audriņu, Bērzgales, Dekšāres, Dricānu, Kantinieku, Lendžu, Lipušku, Nagļu, Ozolaines, Pušas, Sokolku, Sprudzs, Stoļerovas, Subinaites and Vērēmu for residents - for clients of these territories postal services are provided at the place of residence upon request, having previously contacted Latvian postal Customer center by phone 27008001 or 67008001.
Provision of universal postal services - Letters of letters (letters, postcards, bandages, parcels) and the receipt and transfer of postal parcels - at the place of residence of customers shall be provided under the same conditions as in the places of provision of postal services without additional Commission fees.
The following services are available at the customer's place of residence:
- reception and transmission of domestic and cross-border simple, traceable, recorded and insured letters (letters, postcards, bandages, parcels) and parcels;
- purchase of stamps, envelopes, postcards;
- subscriptions to press publications;
- contributions and costs In the postal settlement system;
- the payment of money transfers;
- payment of utility payments and other invoices;
- purchase of commercial goods etc.
The customer in the territories where postal services are provided at the place of residence at the request shall have two possibilities to act in the event of a call for receipt of the consignment:
- To submit a free delivery of a consignment at his or her place of residence, in advance by telephone 27008001 or 67008001.
- Without a prior application, the addressee's territory may be obtained in the service post office where the address and working hours are indicated on the invitation.
Rezekne removes Audriņu, Bērzgales, Dekšāres, Dricānu, Kantinieku, Lendžu, Lipušku, Nagļu, Ozolaines, Pušas, Sokolku, Sprudzs, Stoļerovas, Subinaites and Vērēmu residents are also re-informed of special notifications in their mailboxes.
