We are invited to participate in the training course for “public procurement IN THE EU — Europe taking responsibility” on 2 November of that year in the municipality of Rezekne, in the Alleys of Liberation 95 A.
The course will look at the rulings of the Procurement Monitoring Bureau, the Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union on various aspects of public procurement and the last changes in the regulatory framework affecting public procurement.
The training is mainly aimed at lawyers and procurement practitioners with pre-knowledge procurement.

Instructor:
Evija Mugina, Deputy Director of the Procurement Monitoring Bureau, Director of the Legal Department. Master's degree in law and business management. Working in the Procurement Monitoring Bureau from 2002. Seminars on public procurement are held since 2010. Participate in working groups on changes in the public procurement framework.
Time of the seminar - from 11:00 – 14:15.
