Participate in gymnastics online!

Project “Live healthy in Rēzekne District!” within the framework of the Rēzekne municipality, residents are offered to participate in activities for reducing musculoskeletal disease from 18 October.

These activities will be managed by the Fitness Study “ELPA” trainer Olga profit. The lesson will take place remotely - online. The duration of one performance will be 45 minutes, a total of 15 classes will be held at two different times twice a week.

The purpose of the activities is to promote moving, active and healthy everyday life. Regular physical activity can change your life! The human body is created for movement, so we feel best when we spend our time on physical activity. It is no longer necessary to prove that sport can be a pleasure, or, for example, to organize a nervous system, to teach it to be disciplined, to introduce more healthy habits on a daily basis, as well as regular activities create a habit.

All residents of Rezekne District from all (Maltas, Viļānu, Kaunatas, Nautrēnu, Dricānu) associations are invited to participate in the activities.

Lessons will be held on weekday evenings four times a week:

On Mondays and Wednesdays 18:00
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:10

First lesson in the following week:

• Monday 18.10.2021. from 18:00 to 18:45;
• Tuesday 19.10.2021. from 19:10 until 19:55;
• Wednesday 20.10.2021. from 18:00 to 18:45;
• Thursday 21.10.2021. from 19:10 to 19:55. 

Participation in the activities will be available only to persons who have previously logged in/registered for participation in the activities.

“Actions for the reduction of muscles and skeletal diseases in adults” take place on the project “live healthy in Rezekne District” by the municipality of Rezekne. No 9.2.4.2/16/I/027. The project is financed by the European Social Fund.
