“It's not as good as home!”, with the following theme and Spruill's image that year at Kaunatas in high school, graduates were expected to be graduated.
The guests were waiting in the school lobby and greeted by a hostess, the school director Alīna Gendele. After registration, the graduates had an opportunity not only to meet classmates and schoolmates, but also to walk again in the school corridors and to beat the drastic memories of the past school years and remember both nonsense and interesting events from their youth. As they looked into the offices, the guests had the opportunity to assess how the school environment had changed, how furniture was updated and equipped with modern technologies.
In the solemn event, traditionally, the existing Kaunatas pupils, both the People's dance and the rock enrol, followed the voxal group with the band's “Friday 13” song, as well as the ceasefire-Talkiu's singing family with the event title track “Not as well as at home”. They also sang the school anthem, after which the “free microphone” opened. This option was used by both the younger 5-year-olds and the older 40-year-old, not only by their anniversary, but also by acknowledging the love of Kaunatas high school, as many had traveled from remote locations. Some had prepared not only a solemn speech but remembered and presented to other classic songs that remained unchanged for all years after school graduation. The school and visitors were also welcomed by the graduate Santa Savicka – Drozdova with a Latgalian song about Razna.
The party was held AT Kaunatas in the People's House, where they could both discuss the school years, both dancing and talking to teachers, returning to the school-year atmosphere.
