Around Latgale

For the centuries of Latvia, on August 11, Feimaņu parish administration organized a trip around Razna Lake.
The first stop was a museum OF Kaunatas. The museum owner, Dace Zagorska, introduced the museum's private collection. Very fascinating, and with humor, she said about historical facts, the development of strong sparks in various countries. We could see the museum exhibition, danced and sang with the housekeepers, as well as the possibility of tasting the canoe. That's what the mistress says: “everything is good with the mayor.”
The next inspection object was the big flame mountain, which is the highest summit of Latgale. The most courageous and hardest climbed into the tree-view tower, from which an impressive view of the surrounding landscape looked.
We went to Lipupils at Ludmila Merkulov, who owns an impressive collection of bells. There are around 6500 different bells in the Ludmila collection and each call has its own story. The bell-owner shared with us not only the story of my collection, but also charged with his energy and the pleasure of life.
At the end of the trip, the participants had the opportunity to try the new water tourism inventory purchased by the municipality of Rezekne, which led to positive emotions.
Tired but happily enjoying Latgale's natural beauty and being together, we returned to the village.
