Child dysenite - carnival in Rikava.

January and February are carnival time. On Sunday, the snow was flowing, the children dressed in masks on Rikavas. A traditional carnival-disenant was held in the cultural house.
12 masks came to carnival this year. They were pupils of pre-school age and younger classes. The masks were different, mostly animal masks. There were cats, dog, squirrel, businessmen, bear, Sniegbales, witch and butterflies and other masks. A special pleasure was for children and families who had been carefully prepared for carnival, putting the mask in preparation and effort. The small children were accompanied by parents who were willing to take part in carnival entertainment. There was a nice, sweet atmosphere.
During the dance, dances with different games and amusements where all masks were involved. He could earn a candy for his participation in the games.
The Carnival expectant Salatew could not arrive because he was injured. Snowball came to the festival with a gift bag, a gift for everyone. The children of masks and performances received sweets, bombs, cubic rubies and other things.
