EU house calls for a positive experience seminar “young parents in business”

The arrival of a baby in the family does not only mean changing normal life rhythm, but also offers great opportunities and challenges. As part of the seminar “young parents in business”, stakeholders will have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with inspiration and potential new parents, as well as to find out about their opportunities to start business. The event will take place IN THE EU house, Aspasian Boulevard 28, 16 January from 10:30 – 13:00.

Baiba Laizanethe owner of the competition “Momma business” and the owner of the family company Tilly will tell you about your impressions and feelings when you start a sports clothing production business. They will also share their experience Ivita Osewho will tell you about the creation of the first brand of social fashion “MOMMA”, who creates Lin, knitted and silk shawls in collaboration with young mothers. “MOMMA” offers maternal jobs, flexible working hours, training and materials, MOMMA takes care of their well-being, social security and the opportunity to combine work with child-raising. The result is high quality and original design accessories — scarves.
The new companies SIA “Lat Eko Food” and the social fashion brand “MOMMA” have launched the project “Development of business incubators in Latvia”, which is designed to promote the development and development of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
At the end of the seminar, stakeholders will have the opportunity to see how virtually young parents can start their business development, which WILL be reported by the senior specialist of THE IDA customer service department. Eva Saukane.
